If you would like a customized house design, contact me on discord. I typically specialize in single-floor houses.Prices may vary if you only want to upgrade your existing house to patch 7.5 (more item space update), rather than choosing a completely new design.
Terms of Service
50% payment is required before work begins; the remaining 50% must be paid before the design is handed over.
All Gil payments via in-game trade to my FFXIV alt.
No refunds once work begins.
No big edits after completion; new commission needed for changes.
Credit me when sharing or posting; do not claim as your own.
I retain rights to showcase the design.
Prefer single-floor house designs and generally favor smaller, highly detailed builds.
No resale or redistribution.
Please respect my time and boundaries.
